Eschenbach Nature Photography, Switzerland

In allen Dingen der Natur steckt etwas Wunderbares.

Eschenbach nature photography begins on my doorstep. The village sits on the glacier-carved plains between the Reuss River and the Seetal valley. It is a patchwork of wet meadows, reed-fringed backwaters, ploughed fields and woodland edges that changes with every season. Grass snakes and marsh frogs work the water, roe deer step through the morning fog, goldfinches settle on teasel heads, and red kites follow the plough. Through the year the fields turn from rapeseed yellow to poppy red. On cool fall mornings mist lifts off the land while Mount Rigi catches the first light. This is home… proof that you don’t need to travel far to enjoy the wonders of our world.
