Garden Wildlife Photography, Switzerland
A garden is a delight to the eye and a solace to the soul.
Saadi
Garden wildlife photography doesn’t mean travelling far. Every image here was taken in or from our own garden in Eschenbach in Switzerland. Through the seasons the buddleia draws hummingbird hawk-moths and Red Admiral butterflies. Honeybees work the asters, and house sparrows and dragonflies move through the hedges. Beyond the fence the view opens to dandelion meadows, morning mist over the fields, and Mount Rigi catching the first pink light of dawn. It really isn’t necessary to travel far to experience the wonders of our world.
