Winter nature photography rewards patience: snow rarely lingers in the Swiss lowlands, so every frost-clad morning counts. These images gather the season’s quiet extremes. Frosted oaks along the lakeshore, sunbeams cutting through misty forest, a lone walker on a white trail, and a fiery dawn over the mountains.
